Business Innovation offers students an opportunity to understand how businesses operate, how they contribute to the economy and the factors that can influence the management of a business.
We will explore topics such as, the impact of emerging technology in the business sector, the psychology and creativity behind marketing including consumer rights and understanding the internal and external factors that can impact a business’ operation and performance. This will include students creating a hypothetical business plan of their own and then pitching this plan to a panel of potential customers, investors, or stakeholders. They select elements of their business model summary that will influence customers, investors, or stakeholders to buy in to their business proposal.
Stage 1 Business Innovation provides a sound preparation for Business Innovation or Economic Studies at Stage 2.
