Muirden Senior College offers a limited number of Academic and ‘Back to School’ scholarships. Consideration of criteria for scholarship occurs at the enrolment interview.

Academic Scholarships
These scholarships are provided for two school years and will be offered to outstanding Year 10 students who, in the Principal’s opinion would benefit from the learning environment provided at Muirden Senior College.
Criteria
- High level of academic achievement, particularly in Maths and English
- A demonstrated commitment to study
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Desire to complete senior secondary education in an adult learning environment
Back To School Scholarships
These scholarships are provided to students who left school early and now wish to complete senior secondary studies with a view to further study. The scholarship will consist of a support package for one or two years.
Criteria
- Expression of a strong desire to re-enter a formal education setting
- Willingness to participate in support programs
